Traditional Lobster Supper


Minimum 100 people

Our Lobster Suppers are a uniquely Nova Scotian affair!
We only use choice number 1 grade hard shell lobster.
With a family History in Nova Scotia for almost 150 years, one thing we can do well is Lobster!

Your meail includes hors d'oeuvres, freshly baked rolls, choice of salad and dessert, and of course Lobster!
Hors D'oeuvres  
Steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels with garlic butter supplied as your guests arrive while we cook the lobster.

Fresh Baked Rolls  
Our classic soft white oven baked dinner roll with butter and becel.

Choice of 3 Salads
Organic Chef Salad  
A mix of organic baby greens including romaine, radicchio, escarole and green leaf lettuce and tossed with all the traditional fixings. Served with a selection of dressings.

Greek  
Feta, Kalamata black olives, red onions, and crisp romaine in a traditional Greek dressing.

Caesar Salad  
Our heart smart dressing with bacon and garlic crusted croutons.

Classic Potato Salad  
Made the traditional Nova Scotia way, withour egg.

Sun dried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad

Lobster, Lobster & More Lobster!!!
As usual, we take care of cooking the lobsters on site, in our traditional manner. Lobsters are 1¼ to 1½ pounds each and includes drawn hot butter.
