Traditional Lobster Supper

Our Lobster Suppers are a uniquely Nova Scotian affair!
We only use choice number 1 grade hard shell lobster.
With a family History in Nova Scotia for almost 150 years, one thing we can do well is Lobster!
Your meail includes hors d'oeuvres, freshly baked rolls, choice of salad and dessert, and of course Lobster!

Choice of 3 Salads | | Organic Chef Salad | | A mix of organic baby greens including romaine, radicchio, escarole and green leaf lettuce and tossed with all the traditional fixings. Served with a selection of dressings.

Lobster, Lobster & More Lobster!!!
As usual, we take care of cooking the lobsters on site, in our traditional manner. Lobsters are 1¼ to 1½ pounds each and includes drawn hot butter.
