Juicy pineapple, honeydew melon, watermelon, cantaloupe, green grapes, red grapes, oranges, strawberries, kiwi, star-fruit, papaya and other seasonal fruit. Set up as the centerpiece of the hors d'oeuvre table.

| A selection of local and international cheeses including jalapeno cheddar, Dubliner, brie, camembert, smoked gouda, spiced havarti, sage derby, apricot wynslidale, and jalapeno jack. This is really a delicious dinner. We take center cut local salmon loins and marinate with pure maple syrup, raisin and spices. The salmon is roasted under high heat to get a slight brown and served with a rich maple raisin glaze.
